Delivery in Italy: BRT – Fast and Reliable

For shipments within Italy, we use BRT. Delivery times are:

• 1–2 business days for the mainland;
• 2–4 business days for islands or remote areas.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also check the order summary page at any time to monitor your shipment.

Delivery in Europe: UPS – Two Secure Packages

Outside of Italy, the FlexiBell 2 is shipped with UPS. For convenience and safety, shipping is divided into two separate packages.

Package 1: Your FlexiBell 2 (preset to 20 kg)
Contains the adjustable kettlebell already configured at 20 kg, ready to use upon arrival.

Package 2: Additional Weight Plates (20×20×10 cm, with Kettleblaze logo)
Contains two 4 kg plates and one 3 kg plate.
The plates are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed securely to prevent impact during transport. The compact dimensions make handling easier and provide optimal protection.

How Long Does Delivery Take in Europe?

Delivery times in Europe are comparable to those in Italy:

• In many countries, delivery occurs within 2 business days after shipment.
• The average is 3 business days across most of Europe.
• For distant countries or remote regions, it may take 5–6 days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive your UPS tracking email, and the tracking is always available in your order summary page.
