Shipping and Deliveries
<strong>We ship our products</strong> throughout <strong>Europe in 24 hours</strong> with express courier. Deliveries are made in <strong>1 to 5 working days</strong>.
Shipping
Shipments are typically processed within 24 working hours from receiving the payment and are carried out through express couriers. Depending on the order type and destination, we will use one of the following couriers: T.N.T., S.D.A., G.L.S., U.P.S., D.P.D.
Shipping Schedule and Days
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday according to the following schedule:
- Orders received before 10:30 am are dispatched on the same day
- Orders received after 10:30 am will be sent on the next working day
Tracking
For each order, a notification email is sent containing the name of the courier used, the waybill number of the shipment, and the tracking code to follow its progress online.
Pickup from Warehouse
Pickup from the warehouse is always free but is available by request only. Please note that for those who choose warehouse pickup, payment can be made upon delivery, which can be done through the following methods:
- Credit cards
- Bank transfer (after sending a copy of the transfer receipt)
Returns and Product Exchange
Returns are available for all products except for those labeled as sample products, which are sold under the “seen and liked” formula. For the following product categories, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer:
- Competition Kettlebells
For other product categories, returns or exchanges are free of charge. In all cases, Kettleblaze will provide the shipping labels to be used for the return. Please remember that the products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the refund or a partial refund.
For all customers outside Italy, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Delivery Times
The delivery times are as follows:
- 1/2 working days for mainland Italy
- 2/3 working days for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia
- 2/5 working days for all of Europe
- 2/5 working days for the World
- 24 hours if warehouse pickup is chosen
In all the above cases, the shipping and delivery times are indicative and not binding. Kettleblaze always does its best to fulfill orders within the estimated times but will not be held responsible for any delivery delays.
