Accepted Payments

For purchases made on kettleblaze.store, the following payment methods are accepted:

Payment in cash is available only for those who choose warehouse pickup or are eligible and opt for free home delivery.
Due to the nature of the products sold, we do not accept cash on delivery payments.

Accepted Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Vpay, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club.
We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If your usual payment system is not listed above, please contact us to confirm its availability or to arrange an alternative payment method.

Payment via Bank Transfer

For payments via bank transfer, we offer two options:

• Manual Bank Transfer

Sofort

Sofort, available at checkout as a payment method, allows you to securely pay online via bank transfer. You will complete the payment in a few simple steps directly from your home banking app.

Manual Bank Transfer

If you prefer to pay via manual bank transfer, please contact us via chat or email to confirm the total amount of your order.
Once the order total and product availability are confirmed, we will provide you with the bank details to make the transfer.
Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the transfer confirmation via email at kettleblaze@kettleblaze.store .

Payment via Credit Card

All credit card payments can be made from the dedicated checkout page. Payments for online purchases made via credit card are processed using Stripe Checkout. For more information, please visit: https://stripe.com .

For card payments, the order is processed and shipped as specified here .

Receipts

At the end of the payment process, a receipt will be issued and sent to the customer.
For payments made in cash or with a credit card upon pickup or delivery of the goods, the receipt will be sent via email at the end of the checkout process.
