Orders

The contract between Kettleblaze and the Customer is deemed concluded upon the acceptance, even partially, of the order by Kettleblaze, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered implicit if not otherwise communicated to the Customer through any means. By placing an order through the various provided methods, the Customer declares that they have read and fully accept all the information provided during the purchase process, as well as the terms and payment conditions described below. Under no circumstances does the automatic order confirmation email from the website constitute valid acceptance of the order.

If the Customer is an end consumer (a natural person buying goods for personal, non-professional purposes), they must print or save an electronic copy of these general sales conditions after completing the online purchase, as required by Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling. Kettleblaze waives any liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partially, of an order.

Purchases

The Customer can only purchase products available in Kettleblaze’s online catalog at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant product descriptions. The technical information displayed on the Kettleblaze.store website accurately reflects that provided by the manufacturers of the listed products.

Kettleblaze reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products to align them with the manufacturers’ specifications, without any prior notice. Please note that the accompanying images on the product pages may not perfectly represent their features and may differ in color or the inclusion of accessories. Any support information for purchases (Glossary, Buying Guide, etc.) is intended as general informative material and is not related to the specific characteristics of each product.

After placing an order, an automatic email confirmation is sent to the Customer, including the Order Date and Time and an ‘Order Number’ for future communication with Kettleblaze. The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the provided data and promptly communicating any corrections following the instructions in this document.

Additionally, the Customer can check their order status by accessing their dedicated web area under “Order Status.”

In case of non-acceptance of an order, Kettleblaze commits to promptly inform the Customer.

Prices and Availability

All prices on the website are public prices and therefore include VAT. Kettleblaze reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

The quantities of products available for reservation or order are visible on the Kettleblaze.store website. Due to simultaneous access by many users and the possibility of “online” orders, the availability of products may change, and Kettleblaze cannot guarantee the allocation of ordered goods.

For certain products, Kettleblaze reserves the right to accept orders with reduced quantities after prior communication and acceptance by the Customer; otherwise, the order will be considered canceled. Kettleblaze does not offer services to resellers. Orders with quantities greater than 1 are not automatically accepted; Kettleblaze will contact the Customer and may not confirm the order. Each case is evaluated individually.

Additional Conditions

Kettleblaze disclaims any liability, contractual or non-contractual, for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property resulting from the use of equipment and accessories purchased from this store.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal from a purchase is guaranteed and can be exercised within 14 days from the date of purchase. The Customer must return the purchased goods in their original packaging, which must be intact. In the case of heavy equipment purchases, the return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The refund will be processed once the Customer demonstrates that the goods have been sent for return. Alternatively, the return with intact packaging to our warehouse is always free of charge.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals.

Refunds and Returns

For partially delivered shipments or shipments not delivered due to reasons not attributable to Kettleblaze, the cost of the undelivered parcels will be refunded.

If the Customer receives a product different from the one purchased by mistake (e.g., a kettlebell of lower or higher weight) or wishes to cancel the purchase, they can choose between returning the products (at their expense to our address) or opting for a partial refund (e.g., the difference between the paid amount and the non-discounted cost of the received kettlebell). Alternatively, in the case of a heavier kettlebell, the Customer can pay the price difference between the purchased (lighter) kettlebell and the received (heavier) one. We are unable to refund shipping costs because all our shipments are always correct (exact number of parcels and matching packing list with the order). Furthermore, due to the significant impact of shipping costs on heavy sports equipment, our advice is to carefully consider the desired weight before purchasing. In case of doubts, we invite you to contact our staff via chat for advice.

The same options are available for those who opt for free pickup from our warehouse.

Returns and Product Exchange

Returns are available for all products except for those labeled as sample products, which are sold under the “seen and liked” formula. For certain product categories, such as Competition Kettlebells or products purchased with discount coupons or on special offers, the Customer bears the return shipping costs.

For other product categories, returns or exchanges are free of charge. In any case, Kettleblaze will provide the Customer with the return shipping labels to be used for the return. Please note that the products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Failure to do so, in case of refund requests, may result in the cancellation of the refund or a partial refund.

For all Customers outside Italy, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Sample Products

Sample products are sold under the “seen and liked” formula. As unique pieces from different manufacturers, they may present some differences among themselves and compared to the illustrative photographic material.

Returns are not accepted for these products.
